• Making major server and development decisions

• Overseeing staff and server direction

🐾 Senior Admin - Monkmanzz

Senior Admins help bridge the gap between management and moderation.

Role includes:

• Supporting the Owner in server decisions

• Managing advanced moderation cases

• Assisting with server configuration and stability

• Guiding and supporting Admins and Moderators

Monkmanzz helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

🐾 Admins

Admins assist with server management and more complex situations.

They help with:

• Handling higher-level moderation cases

• Supporting Moderators and Helpers

• Investigating issues and reports

🌿 Moderators

Moderators are the first line of support for players.

They:

• Assist players with questions and concerns

• Enforce rules calmly and fairly

• Handle reports and minor disputes

Helpers focus on guidance and community support.

They:

• Help new players get started

• Answer questions about gameplay and rules

• Maintain the cozy atmosphere of MeowCraft

Helpers do not issue punishments but will guide players to the right support.
